To help you predict and control your IT expenditure, we can negotiate a fixed-price support contract to cover the maintenance of your network, desktop and servers designed specifically for your IT maintenance needs and budget, and will work with you to determine what is right for you and your business. We can also supply prepaid blocks of time, or by the hour onsite services.
What does a typical Maintenance contract cover?
Aside from any emergency Desktop or Server Support, AmeriCloud Solutions offers its clients peace of mind by doing a daily / weekly / monthly System Health Check.
System Health Check – Designed to help you stay in control of your computer systems, the System Health Check includes regular proactive monitoring and reporting to you on important aspects of your systems such as available disk space, antivirus updates, backup verification, and monitoring of system log files.
The System Health check encompasses the following services:
- Install service packs – these may contain security updates to protect you from new hacker attacks.
- Review backup log to ensure that all is functioning correctly and your backups are successful – your business depends on your data.
- Updating of virus signatures on server and desktops – when it comes to viruses and spam or phishing attacks, you’ve to be ahead of the game or you are doomed as new viruses are constantly hitting us and phishing attacks are on the rise so your virus software needs to be up to date.
- Review Server event log for any errors or issues that need immediate attention and see if it can be caught before they become catastrophic.
- Check capacities of hard disk drives to ensure that there is enough disk space.
